Six years ago, my husband Justin and I faced an exhausting sleep challenge with our middle child, Olivia. From birth, she was up all night, needing to be rocked and bounced for hours at a time, and she would only sleep on our chest. Naps were nonexistent. By the time she was five months old, we were desperate for a solution. We hired a sleep consultant, and within just two weeks, Olivia was sleeping through the night from 7 PM to 7 AM—an incredible, life-changing transformation!
When our youngest, Jaxon, came along, I started sleep training at four months, and the earlier intervention made the process much smoother and more effective. Inspired by these experiences, I felt a calling to become a pediatric sleep consultant.
